FREE 2 DAYS TRAINING FOR TRUCK DRIVERS

               

Truck drivers play a significant role in the economy of any country. The quality of truck drivers depends on the quality of training they receive which in turn determines the quality of service delivery to any economy. Unfortunately majority of Truck Drivers in Nigeria do not have a channel where they get trained formally before taking a career in the haulage sector. This results to the high level of illiteracy among truck drivers which has led to a lack of understanding of the terms of safety of the vehicle, the road and the drivers themselves.

However, we at Truckademy have decided to be a solution rather than a spectator. We will be giving Truck Drivers the opportunity to get trained on safety related issues with regards to drivers of articulated vehicles through our 2 days free training. The main objective of the training is to imbibe safety practice and consciousness amongst the truck drivers for a more effective and efficient service delivery. Topics such as; Road,Vehicle and Drivers Safety, Truck and goods pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures, ABC of tires and it's safety and other relevant topics will be covered in the free seminar. 

It is important that we all work together in reducing drastic accidents caused by trucks in the near future and to empower youths who wish to take up jobs in the industry. We will leverage technology in our training approach.

The training is scheduled to hold for two days -- July 24 and July 25, 2021 and participation is free of charge.

Registration opens on June 21 and will close on July 21.
